Oh dear .. fell off my bike the other day.. ended up in hospital and now sporting cuts and bruises and a lovely black eye. Ok I know I wasn't wearing my helmet.
Will next time though!!

Make sure you do wear that helmet - even on short rides to the shops or my children will have something to say on the subject when they see you!
I've got used to the idea that I look a bit of a sight wearing mine.
